What are your rates and how much will my project cost?

My rates are $30 an hour or $250 for a 10 hour day. Project costs is different for every band, as every band has a different needs. contact us to discuss you project and needs to make your recording experience the best it could be.

What is your background in audio?

Wes Johnson has been interested in audio for the last 6 years and has worked on well over a 100 different projects, in addition he has accomplished apprenticeships,Pro tools certification classes and a recording work shop with Michael Wagener.

Can we use any of the gear on your equipment page?

Absolutely! however we keep a good selection of drum heads around, so we kindly ask if you use our drum kit for $20-$30 bucks for drumheads

What do we need to bring to a session?

Your drums if you are not using mine(make sure you bring new heads for top and bottom and plenty of drum sticks). your amps(please make sure you have you amp working properly). Your guitars(make sure you get them setup and intonated by a profession and bring plenty of stings,picks,etc.)

What do we need to bring if using your drums, amps, and guitars?

All of your cymbals and drum hardware(cymbal stands,thrown,kick pedal,hi-hat stand, snare stand, Drum sticks) If using our guitar/bass equipment, bring strings,picks,cables,tuners and etc.

Where is Archive Recordings Located?

Please contact us, we feel safer not having our address out in public

Do you guys have lodging available?

We have a lounge that can sleep 2-3 people, but isn't very comfortable. we recommend bring bedding pads and sleeping bags if you plan to stay here, and please give us plenty of notice so we can accommodate you comfortable as possible.
